horde-mimp-1.0.2_1 Mobile webmail system
horde-mnemo-2.2_1 Notes and memos application
horde-nag-2.2_1 Simple multiuser task list manager
horde-nic-0.1.b20070316_2 Network service monitor
horde-passwd-3.0.1_2 Password changing module

seems to me that it is horde 3.2+ ???

You didn't read INSTALL. You need Horde 3.2+.
