There seems to be a scroll bar issue in imp 4.2 with smaller IE
windows where the scroll bars are cutoff.

With imp 4.1.6 the scroll bars display correctly:

Small Firefox windows displays scroll bars fine in both imp 4.2 and 4.1.6.
This is with IE7 latest patches, etc.
To reproduce the issue, make your IE browser window smaller, about
700x600, login to webmail, and compose new email (or reply to one.)
If you login, compose a new email and THEN make your browser window
smaller, the scroll bars do function correctly. So this can only be
reproduced if your browser window was small before login.
Even having IE maximized at 1024x768 monitor resolution cuts off the
attachment area and with the scroll bars not functioning, user can't
scroll to add attachments.
