[imp] Problem composing mail and other second window

Hi all,

Horde : 3.2.1
imp-h3-4.2
User using :
MAC OS: 10.3.9
Safari: 1.3.2
Ie:5.2.3

If the user can't access the compose new message window or any other 
action that request a second page to open.

We tried enable the java debuger and no error was displayed.

We also check and the user did not have pop up blocker enabled.
