Xinha works, just apparently not the imageinsert functionality. I would
try FCKeditor except that there does not appear to be an image insert
feature. If I'm missing something please let me know.
Can anyone tell me how to find the javascript log?

None. Xinha relies only on Horde_Editor (included within Horde) and a
browser that supports it. If Xinha isn't working, you should either
try FCKeditor instead or else provide details from the javascript log
on the browser.
