I am not an expert by any means but were you changing any horde config
files before you rebooted? Did you change your imap settings?
Double check the contents of imp/config/servers.php and
horde/config/conf.php. Especially the $conf['auth'] sections of
horde/config/conf.php. Possibly it is something simple like a wrong
port number, file permission problem or wrong ip address?
