We recently installed latest available in CVS a debian Etch box.

We now have a very strange problem with attachments. When a user writes a html mail with an attachment the following occurs.

When it is sent to an external address everything is fine.
Sent to a local addres the recipient does not see the attachments, only the text and html part are there. When I save such a mail as an .eml, it opens OK, with attachments in every mail client we tried so far.

In the mail source the encoded attachment is also visible. So it looks like the mail is ok, but IMP does not show it right.

We tracked the problem down to imap_fetchstructure(), which does not return the correct structure. Meaning that either the structure of the mails created by IMP is not right, but ecery other client we tried says it is, or something is wrong with the Imap functions, but then why only with mails created with Imp?

Mails created in older IMP versions do show up allright, and also no problems with incoming html mails with attachments.
It only occurs in html mails created in the current Horde/Imp.

Did anyone see this kind of behavior? Can anyone give me a hint where to look further to solve this problem?

Han.
