Hi,
I got it MySelf Fixed.
The Fix is,
open the conf.php inside MIMP config folder.
File : /documentroot/horde/mimp/config/conf.php
Add these line to the file,
$conf['compose']['allow_cc'] = true;
$conf['compose']['allow_bcc'] = true;
This fixed my Issue.
