Our customers reported us that clicking on column headers doesn't work, I verified this issue being logged on his account, but on my account it works. Apparently some preferences issue but I haven't found that in FAQ nor google (only issues with courier imap or horde/imp installation, but in such case it wouldn't work on my account too)
My guess is that the user has exceeded the number of messages defined by 'sort_limit' in imp/config/conf.php.
