Thx - I searched my server from root and I have "motd.php" files
but no "motd.inc" files. (I am using IMP 4.1 if it makes a difference)

Yeah, you can modify the motd.inc file in the imp/config directory and
add what ever kind of content you'd like. Pretty straightforward. I
run fortune via this mechanism on my login page.
