OK let me clarify a bit ... take a look at THIS message ... it adds
my signature at the bottom (scroll ALL the way down to see the
signatute it just added) instead of adding the Signature:

Fix? That is the correct behavior.
(I do want the email signature included in Replies, and I do want
copies of the original emails included in the reply, per my Option
settings)
You can, I believe create multiple identities that can be switched on
the fly, each with a different [or none] signatures. That is probably
the best way to achieve extremely particular signature behavior.
