You don't say what version of Horde/IMP you are using; but in our
fairly current IMP [traditional] install the To: column in both
sent-mail and Drafts work as expected. In sent-mail I see who mail was
sent to and in Drafts To: retains the intended recipient(s).
Have you upgraded all config files?
