I am having an issue with previewing certain messages in DIMP.
This only seems to be a problem with previewing. If I open the
message in a separate window, the message shows just fine.
I thought I had the problem narrowed down to character sets (I only
had one loaded.) I loaded additional character sets with no luck. In
fact; I loaded ALL English characters sets out of desperation. :-)
Sometimes, the message is from a German speaking native, other times
it is from a company.
I HAVE set my options for message display to default to UTF-8 and
ASCII. Neither option shows these examples correctly. I usually see
this on 10-15 emails per day. I have tried this in Chrome, Firefox
and IE with the same results.
I would love to hear some ideas.
Here is an example of the subject from an email from Best buy: NOTE -
no subject is shown at all in DIMP. Subject shows just fine in IMP:
