thanks for the reply, have been looking at administration permissions, but i
am not sure what we are looking at.
I believe i have enabled the pre requisite settings
$conf[maillog] - ticked
$conf[sentmail][driver] - set to sql
when going to administration -> permissions
it states
all permissions and on the right an + symbol with a key
i click add new permission, select imp and add, it says "Mail (imp)" was
added to the permissions system.
then below presents these tabs
* All Authenticated Users
* Guest Permissions
* Creator Permissions
* Individual Users
* Groups
i cannot find the settings to limit the rate, is something still missing?
