You are not alone, same error here.
Please replace Mime.php by attached one (get from Git).
Didn't you guys update Horde_Mime to RC2?

Yep, it's already done...
$ pear install -a horde/Horde_MIME
$ horde/Horde_MIME is already installed and is the same as the
released version 1.0.0RC2
$ install failed
