installation is done by using horde.org documentations with tar
files. but have also tried to setup by using pear - as the problem may
be occured because of missing modules - nothing changes.
If you installed tar files, you are *not* running the latest versions.
Since the error message only make sense if the latest version *is*
installed, my guess is that you messed something up badly during
installation.
Tried about 3-4 clean installations with all required extensions did
not solve the problem.
What *did* happen if you installed (cleanly) via PEAR?
I guess you are using the Turkish translation? PHP is broken with Turkish
locales enabled.
And please follow up on the horde mailing list, this has nothing to do
with IMP.
