It is specific to IE users. I placed about 10000 messages in my inbox

I thought someone mentioned (at our facility) that this helped
a user, but I didn't know exactly what was done. Is this known
to be needed?
If you upgraded IMP, and are not using server-cached javascript, than
yes - this needs to be done on every computer.
