as of today we have the problem that after working for some time
Horde/IMP suddenly log "Server does not support TLS connections" for
connections to the IMAP server, which is obviously false because it
worked before and the IMAP server does indeed advertise and use TLS
like this:

Strange enough this message even occur if i set secure=false in
backends.local.php for the IMAP connection???
