It looks like a keepalive going crazy of some sort, the size was always zero or near zero and no logging on the Horde side and no IMAP login or the like. This was cleared after removing the ActiveSync Account on the Phone and on the Horde side and recreating it again. So as said it looks like a glitch with the update from ActiveSync 2.5.6 to 2.6.1 which only occur for already paired devices.
