I just manually make the changes for the specific bug, using the same
commit code on github, e.g. the commit code in the bug ticket is
"3aef48b0050ee0472660af468cc6d8541db90641", then:
https://github.com/horde/horde/commit/3aef48b0050ee0472660af468cc6d8541db90641
Replacing the entire file might have unintended side-effects if other
changes depend on updates to code in other files.
