It's a feature or bug?
I saw the "smart compose window" as a feature, but 1200 pixels high
is sort of silly. Perhaps some sort of "max" would be nice.

In short, your browser is broken. ALL browsers I have tested don't
open full size. So you (or someone else) needs to track down why
their browser is acting incorrectly.
