/horde/test.php does not show anything unusual.
Tried fresh pear install of Horde/imp on another Fedora 19 machine
with the same result.
Have you tried Firefox? It's possible that Chromium is broken. I
don't have access to Fedora 19 so I can't test or debug this myself. I
can verify all of this works fine with the latest version of Chrome
(31; Windows 7).
yes, the same thing. I have over hundred users with various browsers
and os'es.
To be sure, I uninstalled all packages from the horde channel, removed
horde directory, and reinstalled horde and imp again using
pear -a -B horde/horde
pear -a -B horde/imp
did some minimal setup (db connection params and auth using imp), and
still have the same problem.
Running test.php I noticed:
* PHP Version: 5.5.5
* PHP Major Version: 5.5
* PHP Minor Version: 5
* PHP Version Classification: release
* THIS VERSION OF PHP HAS NOT BEEN FULLY TESTED WITH THIS VERSION
OF HORDE.
Could it be the problem? How to debug it? (I do not see anything unusual
in httpd/mail/system logs)

Maybe. You'll need to trace the code to discover the issue. I can't
begin to tell you where the issue is without some sort of error message.
As mentioned multiple times before - there is NO BC breaking features in
PHP 5.5. Meaning the, if code that works in PHP 5.4 isn't working in 5.5,
it is a bug in 5.5 and should be reported to the PHP folks.
