Can't confirm. Filtering messages essentially creates a virtual search
mailbox. Search mailboxes are never updated automatically. So I can't
reproduce an automatic updating of the mailbox.

It is not about updating automatically, while unselecting some of the mails
from all selected, suddenly at some instance, all get unselected. And
this behaviour is not seen in normal mailbox without search.
