This is starting to get *very* specific. Quite honestly, almost
EVERY compose option could be tied to a given e-mail address.
At a minimum, this would require a rewrite of our identity/prefs
handling and won't even be considered until a new major release.

Should I put this as enhancement request?
I personally have no interest in implementing this unless it is
funded. So you can put an enhancement request in, but nothing's going
to happen unless the funding appears.
