Confirmed. When caching is enabled in IMP, you'll need to truncate the horde_imap_client_(data|message|metadata) tables to reload the messages from the IMAP server.
shouldn't "horde-clear-cache" take care of this? If it's agreed upon, I'll open an according enhancement request.
