Hello,
I have all logs set to debug - but the expected imap-log in /tmp/ does
not exist!
I have the following horde errors in the syslog:

I should mention that I upgraded ph^to latest 5.5.17 sources at
dotdeb.org. There must be some real problem here - this is a little
beyond me and I still cannot actually view a message in horde. I have
had to install roundcube to view messages, and I am using roundcube to
respond to you now!
Can you give me any more explicit locatiosn to find logs, etc...
I believe I am running a normal up-to-date debian wheeezy server sith
dotdeb.org php 5.5.17 on apahe 2.2 latest - mysql 5.6 up-to-date -
nothing unusual here...

Hello,
I am unable to view any emails after upgrade of horde, imap and lz4
today. It looks like it times out when trying to display a message.
But it never displays.
The error messages states connection to IMAP server lost.
Can I provide you with any additional info to help resolve this
problem?

Enable the IMAP log in backends.local.php.
