I see a few issues as follows: The copyright year in NOTICE.txt needs to include 2009. The samples directory includes a bugfix directory that only includes .spl files. These were recently added by Xiping and probably need to be moved, but still included in the build's junit testing. The javadoc needs some work. Most importantly, the small number of classes/interfaces that are there, are not fully documented. Secondarily, there are only a very few set of classes documented. For example, we make use of the SPLPolicy class. Also, the TypeInfo object is returned by Argument.getType(), but not included in the javadoc. Same for PolicyInfo returned by PolicyManager.getPolicyInf(). I thought I read somewhere the version had to include 'incubator' in it. For example, Imperius 1.0.0-incubator.
