Hi, I work with a rural non-profit hospital in Chhattisgarh, India that was founded ten years ago by graduates of India's top medical college. JSS (http://jssbilaspur.org/about/) now is building an electronic medical record system based upon OpenMRS and is looking for collaborators to help in the process. Specifically, we're looking to design a unique UI on top the OpenMRS concept dictionary.
The goal is to create a cloud and mobile-based EMR system for JSS, using OpenMRS. Experience with OpenMRS, along with web experience with Java EE, database experience with MySQL/PgSQL, UI experience with Drupal/Android/iOS/HTML5 and coding experience with Drupal/PHP will be real plus points. Looking for people who can start as soon as possible, though a specific time commitment is not necessary. JSS operates on a low budget in a resource-constrained environment; however, some compensation is available and will be determined upon skill and experience.
