Press "L" when viewing a wiki page to add search terms as labels. Labels
will make it easier to find the page in the future (whether via
Google<http://google.com>,
OpenMRS Search <http://search.openmrs.org>, or the Wiki<http://wiki.openmrs.org>
 itself).

p.s. Pressing the question mark key ("?") while on a wiki page will show a
list of convenient keyboard shortcuts.
