You can set the password and salt to a known value. This OpenMRS wiki page contained the values for password=test, you can still find it in the page history. To reset "secret_answer" is probably a good alternative: https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/Administering+Users#AdministeringUsers-ResettingUserPasswords
