In the overview of the section, could you also describe what the benefits are 
of using EC2 and especially for what kind of implementation it should be used 
for i.e. for a demo site, for actual patient data...

Just a thought on using Ubuntu 10.10 -- support for this version ceases 
in mid 2012, just around the corner.  Ubuntu 10.04 Server is supported 
to mid 2015.

This is not just an academic issue.  We crashed our outdated Ubuntu 
server on Amazon trying to upgrade some packages because no reliable 
package repositories were being maintained.
