Hi Thang Dao.

We (Hospital Albert Schweitzer) are/is using OpenMRS to collect basic surgery
information. You could use our HTML form as a starting point if you like.
It's available from the form bank...
 https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/RES/Form+Bank

Thanks,
James

Subject: [OPENMRS-IMPLEMENTERS] Help needed for Hospital in Juba

Hello everyone,

We are going to build a hospital in Juba, South Sudan.

First services offered are antenatal, postnatal care, obstetrics and surgery
ermergencies, in December 2011 already.

We will provide all the hardware and systems software, as well as the setup
(computer room, local network, wifi setup, internet) but we need all the help
we may get to roll-out OpenMRS in Juba.

Very pragmatic questions we have:

Who has experience with OpenMRS for natal care? For obstetrics? For
   surgery?
Who has a plan to train local healthcare workers to using OpenMRS?

Thank you in advance.

Cordialement / Best regards / Freundliche Grüsse

Thang Dao
