I would try downloading the latest version of the Logic module. https://modules.openmrs.org/modules/view.jsp?module=logic Then save that into the OpenMRS modules directory, and remove the older version of the logic module. This is the next thing that I would try, but I have never seen your specific error, and don't know for sure if it will work.
