... I can also add that our parent servers (we have two) are configured with
both mobile network modems and satellite, so each has two fixed ip
addresses, which gives us options at our child sites.  And, our modem
connections are within an mtn private network that doesn't have internet
connectivity,  which keeps costs down.  servers in our mtn network that
don't additionally have satellite connections can only see each other,
meaning that we can additionally do remote administration on the servers (as
well as sync), on the cheap.
