We certainly can... This is what MVP/CIEL has been doing with our dictionary 
for version 1.6.x. We have a substantial number of concepts mapped to standard 
reference terminologies. You can also see or search the dictionary at 
maternalconceptlab.com 

Let me know what you are doing with your implementation and we can get you a 
copy of the dictionary...
