I landed on the very same problem. Luckily Mark Goodrich and Mike Seaton made excellent suggestions for fixing this. Not sure if all these steps are necessary, but it appears to be working now:
* Delete the 5 logic_* tables * Change the global property of logic.database_version to something very low (ie. 0.0,1) * Per Ben's previous post, change the global property of logic.started to true.
