Thanks Darius and Dave for your responses. To add "previously taken" drugs to a patient is possible with the current layout. The provider just has to create a drug order starting somewhere in the past and stop it somewhere in the past. The thing is they would have to do this for every drug the patient has taken in the past (or still taking until the first encounter), and they just won't or they would forget.
I was wondering weather this could be done using XForms. My idea is to add a group box called "Previous pharmacological treatment" to our "First Encounter" XForm. This group box would be filled with a list of the most common antiepileptic drugs, and "start date" and "end date" boxes for each drug. Is this case of use possible with XForms?
