Hi All, I have a Maternity Care Program installed on our system with the link to the ANC card in the patient header.
Before I enroll a patient, it says "Start a New patient Chart" [link to new ANC card] When I enroll the patient, it says "Patient Charts:" [link to current ANC card] This can then be edited easily as the woman comes for each ANC visit. Great. PROBLEM: When I exit her from care, it still says "Patient Charts:" [link to OLD ANC card] My assumption is that it should go back to the initial state of "Start a New Patient Chart" [link to blank ANC card] Even when I enroll the woman again in the Maternity Care Program (like I would do if she came back for her 2nd pregnancy), the link still goes back to the ANC card from her initial pregnancy. I am running OMRS version 1.8.2 with formflowsheet module 1.2. Please help!
