Hi Kim,
It might be because If the concept answers are coded then you need to do
this $!{obs.getValue(conceptId).getName()}, if you just do
$!{obs.getValue(5089)}
where 5089 is the concept ID for the question, then it will show you the
concept id for the answer instead of the name.
