I'm sorry, but only HtmlForms are supported right now. However, if you are interested in providing support for infopath forms, you can look at how it is done in the HtmlForm module and implement it similarly. I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding integration with MDS, but I don't have much knowledge about Infopath.
