Hi Titi, This is a modified version of a python script that recently went out on this list. I have made many permutations of it to import patients, concepts, drugs, observations, and more. It takes some knowledge of the OpenMRS information model (https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/Data+Model) and is a bit hacky but I've had good luck with it.
I think Joaquín Blaya is working on updating the import module (which will be fantastic).
