One area you might get into trouble is concepts for specific subspecialities... 
we generally have MNCH, internal medicine, mental health, HIV/TB pretty well 
covered, but some areas the dictionary might be missing some concepts. This is 
because folks working with MCL (maternal concept lab.com) and 
PIH/AMPATH/MoTeCH/MVP etc. might not have had the chance to QA the existing 
ones. The CIEL dictionary has tons of concepts for all specialities, but we 
need users to actually tell us when they find something missing!
