Tobin, Roles & privileges are described in the administrator guide<https://wiki.openmrs.org/x/uBEz>on the wiki and in the OpenMRS Guide <http://www.flossmanuals.net/openmrs-guide/>'s section on User Management and Access Control<http://en.flossmanuals.net/openmrs-guide/user-management-and-access-control/>. They are similar and neither is comprehensive. Are there additional questions you have about roles & privileges?
