The bug with the last five testcases was that the tokenizer apparently didn't lowercase the end tag name. Oops!
http://code.google.com/p/html5lib/ There are likely some issues with innerHTML handling and there are some XXX comments in there that either indicate yet to be discovered bugs or perhaps a problem in the specification.
