In that picture AJ posted another thing I can see is that it looks like the nodes on the adjacent buildings in that row of houses should actually be merged together. I think the validator can make pretty short work of this but someone would need to test it. Not sure if this is what Jason was referring to, or it is a separate problem, but it should be looked at either way.
