Soo.. most of the United States? :-)
There won't be many changes in the major cities because active OSM
mappers have already fixed most of the blatant errors there.
But anyone on this list, please take a look at your county in
http://trafficways.org/tiger/out/counties.html and see what you think
of the changes!

My anecdotal 2 cents: your Benton County Oregon changeset has a
scattering of isolated nodes and perhaps 2 line segments that appear
better to me in the existing map, but the changes are so small that I
doubt anyone (including myself) would care if you applied this change.
They probably won't visibly affect the rendering.
