i have a tag that so far as i know, i am the only person who has been using it. for fire_hydrants, i've been using color:top to denote the color of the top section where it is different from the barrel color. i have now learned that fire fighters refer to the separate bolt on top as the bonnet so i plan a mechanical edit to change color:top to color:bonnet for those hydrants i have documented.
