All - Thanks everyone for their comments. We added the bridge fields and made a few other minor updates.
I think we are very close to importing this data into OSM. The beta 2 webmap is online and the data can be downloaded in geojson format from the webmap. I realize there are some concerns over connecting all of the sidewalks to the road network, but this is just too large of a task at this point. This is also something that could be done after the fact in OSM, by anyone. If we get another intern we may task them with this, but using iD with live data, and not JOSM. Again - if anyone is aware a mobile app I can promote for the residents of this area that uses OSM sidewalk data for routing, please let me know.
