I am currently writing a java-tool for tables like http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/TMC/TMC_Import_Germany/Areas/700_to_800
to * upload such pages * update such pages keeping manual changes made * load and parse such tables It is intended to help with similar imports that require massive manual work and to allow programs that are able to automatically do special cases to parse such tables, do their thing for rows that are not marked as done and reflect their work by changing such rows to a "done" state. It shall do wiki-login and solve the captcha. I guess such a tool can be useful for others later.
