Thanks for posting that explanation. I found it to be very level-headed and reasonable, and a good explanation of DWG's approach of treading lightly with respect to detailed rules. After having been on talk-us@ for almost 4 years and imports@ for part of that time, I did not find the overall message in your note surprising, which I think means that the broad discussions over the years have conveyed the same sense.
