I think this information is quite interesting (for making 3D Models), in other regions people are investing a lot of work to survey these (and to split the buildings accordingly). Strange you decided to not use this information. IMHO you are destroying a lot of interesting information by unifying these. The actual landuse is much less interesting than the size and layout of the areas/plots. Its the layout that tells the structure, and often also history, of the rural areas.
